- Yes — and pre-Fiesta or pre-event yard prep is a real thing here. I prefer weekly customers because the lawn stays healthier, but one-time cuts before a party or open house are no problem.
- Flat monthly rate works for most folks — invoiced on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit billing is fine too. Cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.
- I run routes through Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, Helotes, Boerne (closer side), Schertz, Cibolo, and Converse. If you’re in 78216, 78230, 78248, 78258, 78259, 78023, 78108, 78154, or 78006, you’re on a route. Outside those — ask, I usually can.
- I program your controller to your address’s assigned days, set zones to run before sunrise to cut evaporation, and double-check during summer Stage 2 restrictions so you’re not getting fined.
- Depends on shade. St. Augustine handles partial shade better; Bermuda needs full sun and bounces back faster from dog traffic. Walk the property with me and I’ll tell you straight.
